Over a year? Really?
Out of sheer boredom (and knowing that I have left it festering here for too long) I have decided to emerge from the deep woods and update this space. I had no idea that I hadn't logged in for more than a year.
So much stuff has happened since the last time I posted, and trust me, I realize the last post was a horrible, half-hearted attempt to just keep something up here.
In the last year I:
1. Grew my hair down to my shoulders and cut it all off again
2. Got a Facebook account, then got thoroughly confused by it
3. Got an Xbox 360
4. Lost 30 pounds (some of it may have been the hair)
5. Bought five lottery tickets; won a total of $2
6. Produced roughly 275 newscasts
7. Mowed the yard approximately seven times, thanks to the ongoing drought, and
8. Shot and killed 13 pumpkins.
The pumpkin shoot will be an annual event now, it seems; hopefully, my blogging will not.
