I think it's safe to say I'm not completely acclimated to going back to the night shift at good ole NewsChannel 19. Getting up at 7:30 in the morning and not going to sleep until 2 a.m. hurts after a full week.

It's all good though. The weekend is here. That means The Ultimate Fighter Finale (go Roger Huerta!), lunch with my parents and a whole lot of Call of Duty 4. I'm hoping I'll get a chance to sit down and watch Superbad as well, if it's in the ole Redbox.

Have I mentioned how frigging awesome Redbox is, by the way? We only rent movies every once in a while because we're never home. This red box full of movies outside the McDonald's is the best. It's cheaper than the video store, there's no line, and because you pay by the day, there's more incentive to take the damn movie back as soon as you're done, eliminating the whole let-it-sit-on-the-counter-for-three-days-and-then-it's-late problem. I believe it will fill the void nicely until we get an HD-DVD/Bluray player and start renting through Netflix.

By the way ... I found this old YouTube gem last night again. I thought I'd share it with you. As Kevin Smith likes to say, have a week.
